Ruhul Amin Sir and Center for Policy Dialogue (CPD) for providing the scope for gaining knowledge on regional connectivity under SAARC. Lovely participation to the 14th South Asian Economic Summit (SAES) at Hotel Sheraton Dhaka on November 04-05, 2023 organized by CPD, Bangladesh. Thanks to Professor Mustafizur Rahman Sir, Distinguished Fellow of CPD for inviting me and express my opinions in different sessions of the summit.
